Nils Siemsen

As a full-stack developer at right°, I work on cloud applications that pave the way for companies of different industries and sizes to make the 1.5° transition on a scientifically sound basis, implementing technical solutions in the frontend and backend and making them available within a cloud-based microservice architecture. Another focus of my work is working on the infrastructure, including the administration, maintenance and expansion of existing Kubernetes clusters and GitLab pipelines to ensure a stable and efficient operating environment. Code quality and unit testing are also a particular focus of my work.

During my time at Lemonize GmbH, I developed enterprise websites and web applications for various global companies. As a Fullstack Developer, in addition to operational tasks related to the implementation and support of enterprise websites and web applications for various global companies, I also took on the role of Lead Developer, where I was responsible for the team, architecture, and quality. As a project manager, I worked directly with stakeholders, orchestrating collaboration and ensuring that all my projects met the necessary business requirements.

For my Bachelor's thesis on the topic 'Design and Implementation of a Cloud Application,' I independently developed a SaaS application. This included, in particular, designing an appropriate architecture, selecting suitable technologies, analyzing requirements based on competitors, data modeling, and, of course, programming.

As part of a practical semester at Daimler TSS, I contributed to the development of frontends in Angular for various internal web applications within the Daimler Group.
